I’m Always Open to Trying New Positions…

Today in the midst of all that has been going on, I managed to complete a writing assignment for work. It was part of an interview process.

I can't say I was terribly proud of it, but it will probably do. I'm hoping to be able to put my love of writing to use as somewhat of a career. It could definitely open doors. I can always fall back on my ability to sell things to people.

I wonder if I would have been that much more successful had I properly armed myself with a college education. They can't teach away lazy or bored.

Low battery on the laptop means it's time for bed for reals.

  1. The majority of people I work with don’t have a college degree and others that do is in something unrelated. Degrees only really matter in the health/law field. Applying for jobs is really painful and if you don’t have experience in the dept, you have to work your way up. If you keep trying eventually you will catch a break. I read some of your other posts, you’re not old, you have 30+ years of work and educating yourself ahead of you.
